The mysterious lake is located in the northwestern part of the Ulytau village, 15 kilometers from the Seraly sheep village at an altitude of 700-800 meters. This place is known in the country as “Mysterious Lake” and “Shaitan Lake”. The presence of such names is associated with the simultaneous presence and absence of water.
