Fortress Makat

Fortress Makat is a monument of republican significance, located 8 km northwest of the village of Shenber, Ulytau region. The mausoleum is represented by a domed central shape, the corners are covered with round columns, a conical dome is installed. In the thickness of the wall there is a door to the roof of the mausoleum. There is an opinion that the Makat mausoleum was built in the 18th century.
