Jochi Khan – located 50 km northeast of the city of Zhezkazgan, on the left bank of the Kengir River. It was built at the end of the 15th century. According to legend, Joshi Khan was the founder of all Kazakh khans, the son of Genghis Khan, the father of Batu Khan, the founder of the Golden Horde.
